- Adapt Message and MenuBar to the new custom theme.
- Remove IconManager from commontools, as it now integrates directly with the theme.
- Fix AnimatedIcon scaling to correctly respect system DPI.
- Improve rendering of disabled icons in Custom File Dialog (using clean alpha transparency instead of native Tkinter stipple).
- Replace native tk.Menu with lxtheme custom context menus in Custom File Dialog.
- Fix disabled button transparency in Custom File Dialog by using native widget state image tuples to prevent ttk.Style conflicts.
- Fix missing "new folder" and "new document" icons in the 'More Options' menu by adding them to the light/dark theme directories (icons subsequently customized by user).
- Improve spacing between checkboxes in the Search Settings dialog.
- Bump version to v. 2.06.1426 in app_config.py.
