This commit updates several dependencies to their latest stable versions.

- **Kotlin:**
  - Updated Kotlin to `2.2.20`.
  - Updated KSP to `2.2.20-2.0.4`.
  - Migrated to the new Compose Compiler plugin, required for Kotlin 2.0.
  - Fixed the `jvmTarget` deprecation warning by using the `compilerOptions` DSL.

- **AndroidX:**
  - `compose-bom`: `2024.06.00` -> `2025.10.00`
  - `activity-compose`: `1.9.0` -> `1.11.0`
  - `room`: `2.6.1` -> `2.8.2`
  - `lifecycle-runtime-ktx`: `2.8.3` -> `2.9.4`
  - `lifecycle-viewmodel-compose`: `2.8.3` -> `2.9.4`
